1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
Use of website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Website up-time
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
Visitor provided material
1.6 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our privacy policy.
1.7 When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:
(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;

1.15 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
Shipping
1.16 UK & Northern Ireland Orders:
- Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For Service. We aim to dispatch all parcels within 48 hrs although most on the same day of receiving the order ( Monday to Friday ). All standard delivery parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For Delivery and will require a signature. Estimated delivery times 2-5 working days.
- Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Thursday before 1 pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. ( excludes public holidays, bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays ).
- Guaranteed UK Saturday Delivery. All orders must be placed before Friday at 1 pm to be eligible for this service. Items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will require a signature.
- DPD, Hermes, DHL Deliveries. We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days, in most cases within 24 hours if order placed within required cut-off period.
- DPD deliveries will be issued with tracking details to enable a up to date real-time tracking/re-delivery option.
- Please note, during holiday periods and store closures, shipping times may be delayed/varied. Orders will be prioritised and immediately dispatched on our return to store dates.
International Orders:
All Standard International Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked Service, depending on the country i.e. Australia (Tracked Service only), USA (Signed and Tracked Service).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation which will include you tracking number.
We aim to dispatch items within 2 days although most parcels are sent the same day (Monday to Friday).
We expect most International parcels to arrive within 7 to 21 working days, depending on each country.

All orders are packed by our trusted team, and are checked upon dispatch to make sure your goods arrive to you in perfect condition.
Any delivery queries or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving your delivery.
Please note, during holiday periods and store closures, shipping times may be delayed/varied. Orders will be prioritised and immediately dispatched on our return to store dates.
Collection In-Store
All 'Click and Collect' orders will be ready for collection 24 hours after placing the order online.
If you require your order sooner please telephone the store on 01646 687172 to arrange.
You will need to show your order confirmation number when collecting in store orders.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
For Garment/Footwear & Smaller Item Returns
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
1.19 Full Price Items - you may return full price items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with no sign of wear and tear, all garment tags, packaging and labels still attached. Original boxes and containers must be returned unused with no sign of damage. Any items that have been damaged, altered (by wear and tear or by being washed incorrectly) or returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted. Please ensure that shoes are tried on soft clean surfaces and when trying garments on be sure to not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals. All sale items, we offer exchange only.
1.20 To meet the returns/cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the returns/cancellation period has expired, 14 days from receiving your items. Any returns outside of these date will be unable to return to us.
1.21 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order. Returns postage is the customers responsibility. Please take care when parcelling & recorded delivery is recommended. We cannot take responsibility for returned goods that are damaged or fail to reach us. Original postage fees are non refundable

1.22 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.23 Once you have notified us that you wish to return/cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your return/cancellation being received and in receipt by ourselves at Bella Boo's Baby Boutique. Please note, during holiday periods and store closures, refund times may be delayed/varied.
1.24 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
1.25 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable
The Pram Centre Returns (Prams, Strollers, Highchairs, Bouncers, Furniture etc)
1.26 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
1.27 If you change your mind and decide to return an item, you must notify us with 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with no sign of wear and tear, all tags, packaging and labels and instructions still attached. Original boxes and containers must be returned unused with no sign of damage. With all bags, Seals unopened, in order for us to resell as a new, boxed item. Any items that have been damaged, altered or returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We can arrange to collect unwanted items at a cost of £15 per box/parcel up to 13KG in weight, £20 per box/parcel up to 13.1KG to 19KG in weight and £25 per box/parcel 19.1KG and above - Mainland UK only (excluding some addresses in Scotland).
if we book a collection for faulty goods and the driver fails to collect because you weren't in at the time given to you, all future collection requests will be charged at our standard rate of £15.00.

1.34 Any damages or incomplete items must be reported to us with 24 hours of delivery. Please note we ask customers not to assemble any items that are damaged and to check items on arrival. This is vital if this is a present and won’t be fully opened until sometime later. If customers choose not to check items on receipt and to assemble damaged items then items are deemed as accepted and we cannot except returns or refunds (including partial refunds) for assembled items. In some cases we can provide replacement parts. Please do not assemble furniture that may have faulty parts. Please inspect all pieces on opening and report and damages, do not build and then report faults as this will not be accepted.
1.35 Warranties and repairs for Pram, travel systems, strollers, car seats, furniture most of these products purchased from Bella Boo’s Baby are covered by the manufacturer's Warranty. If something goes wrong in this time frame and is in line the the manufacturers warranty you are entitled to request a repair.
1.36 To request a repair from the manufacturer The original receipt must accompany any warranty claim and the following rules apply:
- The Warranty is non transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of any product bought from Bella Boo’s Baby when the original receipt is provided.
- The Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as tyres, inner tubes, foam handles and general fabric wear.
- The Warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects only under normal domestic use in the United Kingdom.
- The Warranty does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturers control, including failure to follow the maintenance instructions and user guide, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use such as a single buggy being used for more than one child or the use of any 3rd party buggy boards, accidental or wilful misuse of the product, inappropriate storage methods and or inappropriate cleaning, modification or alteration of the product.
- The Warranty only applies to the product only and does not cover any consequential losses – i.e. time or other products.
1.37 Warranty repairs are undertaken by the manufacturer, independent of Bella Boo’s Baby, but we will facilitate all collections and repairs, and communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure a smooth service.
1.38 Please note it is advised to keep all original packaging (boxes) in the event the item needs to be collected and sent back to the manufacturer. Items will need to be boxed securely.
1.39 Any product which is found to be defective as defined within the Warranty terms above will at Bella Boo’s Baby discretion be repaired by the original Manufacturer or we will supply spare parts to you free of charge or the product may be replaced with the same or a similar model to the same or similar specification. We regret we are unable to send out loan products whilst inspection and repairs are carried out but we aim to resolve your problem as quick as we possibly can, usually with in 7-14 days.
1.40 Any item inspected by the manufacturer that is deemed damaged due to misuse or accidental damage, or no fault detected this will NOT be covered by the Warranty and you will be charged for the repair and or spare parts.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
